Book your free transfer to/from Alicante Airport (ALC) and Renfe Alicante Train Station now, exclusively through our official website.

Important notice: the transfer service will not operate on December 25, Christmas Day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • 1. Book your room through our website. Once this has been confirmed, scroll down this same page to book your round-trip transfer by entering your booking number.
  • 2. Valid for reservations of 4 nights or more at the Climia Benidorm Plaza and the Climia Belroy hotels.
  • 3. At Climia 2sleep, the transfer is free for bookings of 7 nights or more. If you don't meet the minimum number of nights, you can also use this service by paying in advance and in full by credit card via the Beniconnect website.
  • 4. The transfer reservation must coincide with the check-in and check-out dates at the accommodation.
  • 5. This free service is included with your reservation and will appear at a cost of €0. Please note that the timetable will be set by the company Beniconnect. If you prefer a different type of transfer, you can book it through this site and pay for it at the end of your booking. The transfer vehicle is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pets are prohibited.
  • 6. The transfer service is subject to schedules stipulated by the transport company Beniconnect. For pick-ups from Alicante Airport between 1 November and 31 March, we offer this service for flights (departures and/or arrivals) between 06:00 and 23:59. From April 1 to October 31, we offer this service 24 hours a day. For transfers from the RENFE train station, the schedule will be between 9:00-20:15.
  • 7. For free transfers, there is a maximum of one suitcase per person plus hand luggage. If you add extra luggage to your booking, you will need to pay the luggage fee to Beniconnect upon arrival and departure.
